Scotch Whisky Tasting

Whisky is made as far a field as Japan, America and New Zealand, but Scotland’s Single Malts hold the strongest reputation.

Guests will taste examples from all six of the classic producing regions including Highland, Lowland, Islands, Campbeltown, Speyside and Islay.

Our Whisky expert will bring to life the history of Scotch Whisky and how it is made. Through diverse tastes, they will help you identify aromas and explain the effect of extended ageing and why one Whisky tastes different from another. This is a seriously fun and entertaining event for the Scotch Whisky drinker.

Our Whisky Tasting Team Building Workshop typically includes:

  • A session covering the history and production of Scotch Whisky

  • Influences on flavour, ingredients, fermentation, distillation and ageing

  • How to nose and taste

  • A tutored tasting of 6 x Whiskies from the main regions of Scotland demonstrating the influence of climate on flavour

  • Tasting notes

  • Whisky quiz

  • Prizes for winning team
