First introduced into England by the Normans in 1066, Crossbows require full concentration and precise judgment; however, Crossbow Shooting is suitable for complete novices.
Crossbow Shooting requires the same skills and accuracy of Archery and is fantastic team building activity for enhancing communication and listening skills within the workplace.
In a safe and controlled environment, our instructor will fully brief participants on how to use the crossbows safely. After a practice session to become familiar with how to aim and shoot the crossbows, its then time for participants to get competitive! Although traditionally an individual activity, scores can be accumulated into a team score, which adds a competitive element to the activity.
Crossbow Shooting is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness, making this activity a very accessible choice for events such as corporate team building, staff away days and hen and stag parties. The activity is great fun for those who participate, but it is enjoyable for spectators as well.
A Crossbow Shooting Activity is a great accompaniment to other Country Sports Activities or outdoor team building activities to make a multi-activity day. The activity is suitable for up to 15 participants at a time*.

Participants will then take it in turns to shoot at the targets so they become familiar with the crossbows.
